☆ Canon F1N (Late Model) Fully Tested Classic Professional Mechanical SLR

Thank you for visiting this listing.

I am selling this camera as part of my personal collection.

The Canon F1N (Late Model) represents the final evolution of Canon's original professional mechanical SLR system.

Introduced as an improvement of the legendary Canon F1, this camera remained true to the original concept: reliability, durability, and complete control for serious photographers.

More than fifty years after the introduction of the F1 system, the camera continues to demonstrate why it earned its reputation among professional photographers worldwide.

For photographers who appreciate fully mechanical cameras, the Canon F1 remains one of the finest examples ever produced.

■ About the Canon F1N

The original Canon F1 was introduced in 1971 as Canon's first professional SLR system camera.

The later F1N version incorporated a number of refinements while maintaining the robust mechanical construction that made the system famous.

Features include:

Fully mechanical shutter
Professional modular system
Interchangeable screens and accessories
Proven durability
Independent operation without battery power

The camera remains highly regarded by collectors and photographers alike.

■ Condition & Function

This camera has been carefully inspected, serviced, and tested.

The following functions have been confirmed:

Shutter operation
Film advance operation
Auto diaphragm operation
Internal inspection and cleaning
Light seal replacement

The shutter has been tested throughout its speed range:

1/2000 second
Intermediate shutter speeds
Down to 1 second

Smooth speed progression has been confirmed.

No shutter curtain hesitation or capping has been observed.

Flash synchronization at X-sync speed has also been verified.

The built-in spot meter needle responds normally.

■ Finder & Screen

The camera is equipped with a Type E focusing screen.

The following components have been cleaned:

Eyepiece lens
Mirror
Viewfinder components

Minor dust particles may remain due to age.

The finder remains suitable for practical photography.

■ Accessory Compatibility

Function has been tested using my personal accessories and confirmed with:

Canon Winder F
Canon Motor Drive MF
Canon Flash Coupler F

All tested accessories operated correctly with this camera body.

■ Exterior Condition

The body remains in average cosmetic condition for its age.

Signs of use include:

Minor scratches
Small paint wear
Normal handling marks

Noticeable paint loss has been professionally retouched.

Please examine the photographs carefully.

This is not a mint-condition collector-grade example.

■ Included Items

Only the items shown in the photographs are included.

No box, manual, body cap, or accessories other than those shown are included.

■ Important Notes

This is a vintage professional mechanical camera.

The camera is currently functioning properly; however, due to its age, no warranty can be provided.

Please bid only if you understand vintage photographic equipment and agree to No Returns / No Claims.
